Wills

Why you should make a will

Your will tells everyone what should happen to your money, possessions and property after you die (all these things together are called your ‘estate’). If you don’t leave a will, the law decides how your estate is passed on – and this might not be in line with your wishes.

“Charity Free Will Service – for client’s requiring Wills we refer you to McClure Solicitors who undertake a Free Will Service for a charity donation. Further details can be found at McClure Solicitors “

Do you have a Will? If not, here are just a few reasons you need one:

Your family could suffer financial hardship that could last years after a death from delays

Your spouse might not receive everything and unmarried partners may receive nothing

The Courts will decide who takes care of your children - not you

We can refer you to a third party for advice regarding wills and place arranged policies in trust.

The Financial Conduct Authority does not regulate some forms wills and trusts. Wills advice is referred to a third party. Neither Life Security Finance nor Surrey Downs Financial Services Limited are responsible for the advice received.
